Surely there must be a way to do this...If I have a building that is one brush, and slap a door/siding texture on it...the second floor has a door on it as well, right? So i want a window texture on the second floor...do i have to make the second floor a whole new brush and then texture it? Thanks for the help.

buildings are as common as crates and barrels, i wonder why valve didn't make a static set of them for use by n00b mappers?

/me walks off mumbling about n00b's wanting self generating map items.

There are a whole set of mini-building-models for use in your skymaps... and some not so mini-ones, such as a lifesize Citadel tower

i was being obnoxious and sarcastic, with a tiny bit of joking thrown in.. it never occurred to me that they would have done such a thing.
