How do you put corpses into HL2SP? You know, like that dead in a chair in one of the levels etc

What about stuff like Combine dead?

spawn one, and trigger_hurt it, then kill the trigger_hurt?

At guess, use a prop_ragdoll and pick whatever model you want your corpse to have.
