I cant climb my ladder WTF!?!?!? I made func_usableladder set it up put in a prop_static for my ladder and I cant climb it!!!!!

yes when I use the prop_detail as my ladder it works but where I put
the ladder it says ERROR in big letters. When I use prop_static I cant
even climb thin air.

I would try using some different props (maybe prop_dynamic?) to see if that affected it at all

i just make a brush func_ladder and that works fine for me

The func_ladder doesn't work in HL2DM. It seems the new func_usableladder is the only way to go now (I sure hope that changes - or that they fix the bouncing/shaking effect while your climbing). I have a thread about that here:
