First off... I hate the way Valve is making things difficult...
second... I do like all the new features and enhancements.

With that out of the way let me begin...

I am having problems with adding Props. When I do, I get "Memory leaks" (whatever those are) below is my complie log. If anyone can help with this I would appreciate it. Its only a very small map. (Just one room) wanted to cut my teeth on something small, but it would appear that even this is a bit more than I am capible of at the moment.

BTW, does it seem to anyone else that there is a sever lack of DM maps out there... with a very few exceptions, everyone seems to be playing Overwatch or Lockdown. ( or CS:S)

If you read the tutorial on compile errors you'd know that's not an error. Now, if you could elaborate a bit more on "trouble adding props" we can help you.
