I've seen in some maps, people have curved brushes, like for a corner of a hallway, or a tunnel. How do you do that?

Use the clipping tool ( second last pic button),

or

To make it properly use a few brushes and then vertex manipulate them into shape. I recommend having a cylinder there to guide you. delete afterwards!

By the way vertex manipulation is the last pic button (not as complicated as it sounds, just drag points to change the shape). Making the brushes of the curve a Func_detail would be a good idea (Ctrl + T) then choose it from the drop down menu).

Good luck

Clipping, and vertex tool are good for this, but do a search first.
