I was compiling my map and I got an error message that almost all my stuff was "outside the map"

After asking I was told move them inside, but the point is they are on the ground of my level and inside the box I put around my map.

What do I do>

I'd say you have a leak. When you have your map open in hammer go to: Map>load pointfile and you should see a red line pop into your map, follow this red line and you will find the leak.

I went into map>load pointfile and it opens another window, but it doesn't find any of the right files. no .lin's or .pts. What do I do about this? [addsig]
