I just need to know if i'm the only one with a computer that crasheswhen i use hammer, alot.

sometimes im working on my map and all of a suddden.... restart. the whole cpu restarts itself.

other times ill be working on my map and......... crash, then microsoft ask me to send an error file. once it crashes once, if i dont restart I can't play CSS without IT crashing. also after the 1st crash it will just keep crashing if i just turn it back on with restarting my computer.

very iritating.

radeon 9600 pro
amd 3200+ 939
abit av8 mobo
1 gig 400

Reduce your undo levels in the options. Undo's take up RAM and can lead to an error eventually.

i forgot to add that since hammer started to crash. If i just play css without ever using hammer, it started crashing the same way hammer did.

Hammer does make my PC crash alot. And I dont run out of memory, its something else I think. Firstly, hammer will crash randomly, then windows will complain about some missing .dll that it cant find. Then my harddrives disapear. And i dont have a shutdown button in the start menu. I need to log out and then shut down from the login menu.
