C:Program FilesValveSteamSteamAppstwokniveshalf-life 2hl2maps
Load halflife and type 'map sp_justice' in the console without the quotes.

Alright, now how the hell do you play custom CSS maps without the threat of an outside player coming in?
I downloaded Cliff House and when you extract the map, it's a folder with the .bsp file and a couple of Photoshop docs. Where do I drag that folder to?
Thanks

The threat of an outside player coming in?!?! I don't get it. If you mean making a lan server, go into the console and type sv_lan 1 I think.
Anyways, you take any .bsp, .nav, .bsp.ztmp, .nav.ztmp, and extract them to:(For CS:S)C:Program FilesSteamSteamAppsFrenchusToastuscounter-strike sourcecstrikemaps. Be sure to customize certain information there, that only requires good ol' common sense.
The Photoshop files, I don't know because I'm too lazy to go searching. Match the *.<w/e> with the same extension elsewhere and you'll be fine. Don't drag the folder though, because it might end up overwriting other important files, take the files themselves instead of the whole folder.
In response to what TwoKnives said about typing map_<insert map here> into the console, it is a better idea to type changelevel_<map here> into the console. I don't know if it still does this in HL2, but in HL1 simply typing map would kick all the players on the server and change the map whereas changelevel would not. [addsig]
