I made another brush and put it inside . Im thinking of reshaping it so that they look like the water is spreading as it gets closer to the ground.

yes its a css map

also, im having trouble with the lighting....everything is great except for the brightness, they are way too bright, bright enough to give the player a headache when they see them. and in the properties the only real thing i can do is change the 'colour' rather than the essential 'brightness'. I tried setting the colour to a darker grey and nothing happened, other colours work but its still overbright. . .
