does someone knows if all the props are in the folder that hammer get u when u search in the "world model" button....or some props are hidden?(i mean i have to extract some props with gfcscape??)becouse i can't find all that i saw in hl2...

If you want to extract the files, they are in the .gcf archives. If you just want to look at them you can do that in hammer or Model Viewer. If you want a list of them for reference, try here

None of the props are "hidden", everything you saw in HL2 is in that folder. When you're clicking the "World Model" button, you're actually browsing the GCF itself, hence it would be useless to extract the models.

Some of the stuff is really buried deep though, just keep looking. Most of the stuff is in props_wasteland or props_c17 for the most part. Good luck.

they fixed the hammer configurations a few weeks ago so if you load steam, then click source sdk as if you were about to run hammer, dont click hammer but look 6 options down there is the option 'reset game configurations' (dont worry this only effects sdk not your hl2 saves etc) this will reset all the paths within hammer to where they are ment to be so when you brouse world models it should now be looking in the right folder!
