ok i used the subdivite tutorial, and i cannot figure out what i amn doing rong, somone please help me...

I did this and it took me awhile to get it right. To not get it to do that, go to the texture application tool (the one with one side not wood)

In the new pop up menu, select only the faces on the inside, then subdivide.

If that doesn't work, after you make the object, when you are creating the displacement, only select the inside faces, then subdivide. [addsig]
