"Arena" style NPCs.

I'm wondering, is there any way to make, say, an NPC maker which spawns one set of zombies who will attack the zombies spawned by another maker? In other words, is there some way, without making some sort of script, to get teams of people to fight other teams of people?

ai_relationship......set the targets and subjects, and set the disposition.
