The really paradise blue water texture from Day of Defeat Source. Does
anybody know what it's called? I really find it attractive

I don't think the DoD source is available yet. By that I mean their
textures/models/sounds. Maybe wait till the SDK allows you to map for
it.

If I remember correctly, impulse 107 shows you the name of the texture you're looking at. Try that while looking at the water (having developer set to 1 might be necessary).
