I fixed mine by reloading the sdk.
And by reloading I mean manually delete the gcf, and all files in the sdk directories, and redownloading from scratch.
Drastic, I know.

Yeah I`ve tried that 3 times already and the problem still won`t disappear...i`ve even deleted the registry entries for the SDK...but it won`t hurt to try again

Try changing your graphics settings for windows(you are using windows, right?)
properties>>settings tab>>advanced
then adjust the performance/quality bar(I don't know where it is for Omega drivers) to each of the extremes, and note the change(s)...if any

Also change the texture of the dock. Docks are rarely tile. -Facepunch
