oh man, i am having the worst problem with ai_disable!!

for some reason, ai keeps disabling itself in my map. over and over. even when i enable it in the console.

i even tried setting a logic_timer to an interval of .25, and having it output 'ai_disable 0' to a point_clientcommand.
when i do that, ai is immediately disabled again. this gives every NPC a weird jerky motion, as it stops and starts with the weird disables.

is there anything i could be doing that could cause ai to need to be disabled? is there some glaring error i'm making?
my map was fine until a couple days ago, when this started happening. and i really havent changed that much.

any help is much needed and greatly appreciated. thanks! topmargin=2 leftmargin=2>

If your having problems with AI disable showing up, then using server_pont comman wont fis a problem. This normally occurs when you have really poor info_node placements. I would recomend recompiling and seeing what happens (a full recompile - not just ents - and do full vis compile).
If the problem persists, then go to your config file. Type in "ai_disable 0" without the quotes and make the cfg a read only file.

I also got this problem with a corrupt copy of HL2. As a last resort you may have to delete the .gcf in your steam directory to fix this problem.

Best wishes on finding a fix <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">
