I want to add a few trees to a map.. but they are all so freaking huge.. is there a way to make the model smaller in hammer?

not without decompiling the model, changing the scale in the .qc file, and recompiling. There are a number of programs and tutorials to show you how to do this <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">
