Okay, So I made a model in 3dsmax, made a dumb texture for it and compiled it. I have all those files in a folder in my steamappssourcemodsname of modmodels folder. Where do I go from here? I am a new modeler working on a mod with a friend and have taught myself everything. Ive gone to every resource available and I sitll cant find anything.

You simply place it in a map using a prop_whatever model - prop_static, prop_physics, whatever type you need. There are example maps for this in the Source sdk folders somewhere, too, if you need some examples.
