Ok, I have made a bunch of different sprays, some with an alpha channel to make parts of them transparent and others without. Now, here comes my question. I can see my sprays in game, they look beautiful, but no one else can see my sprays. I can see other peoples customs sprays and once again I can see mine, but no one else can see my sprays. Does anyone know why this may be? I made my sprays 256x256 on Photoshop CS2 and used VTEX to convert the 32-bit TGA's to the proper file types and they are all in my username/counter-strikesource/cstrike/materials/VGUI/logos foler. Please someone help me fix this.

Is cl_allowupload set to 1? I guess I'm not even sure if that command is still around, but back in the day that turned off uploading things to the server.
