I'm wanting to make a prop (pardon me if that isn't the term I'm looking for) to throw into a map. Specifically, I want a CT or T model, posed in a standard animation like standing or crouching (but completely still) and holding a specific CS weapon, complete with a pistol in the holster and grenades.

The idea is to have a statue that is identical to a CS player simply not moving.

I'm wondering if anyone can point me towards tutorials I should read to get started, or if anyone just has any tips for me.

Thanks.

hmm...

You can try just using the CT/T model in a prop_dynamic_overide and set its default animation to standing or crouching, then you can get another prop_dynamic_overide and use one of the weapon models for it, and just visually line it up in hammer. You can do the same for the gernades ect..
