Ok, here's the problem

I have a door that has 2 ropes attached to it. I have the keyframes_ropes parented to that door. I have the move_ropes up where they're suppose to be.

The ropes dont' fall or anything, but they aren't doing what i want them to do. Basically, i want them to get shorter and longer when the door opens and closes. Right now, they do move with the door, but they don't get shorter, they kinda sag when the door is open, as you can see below

I should be able to use a phy_lengthconstraint to control it, but with the new keys, i'm not really sure what to put, anyone have any ideas?

Move_rope has a flag, auto resize. Check that and you should be fine. Phys_lengthconstraint would only make your door not work.

Also change the texture of the dock. Docks are rarely tile. -Facepunch

Nope, that didn't do it. I checked the Auto-resize on both the move and keyframe ropes. It still gave me the sagging problem.

Make sure "slack" is set to 0 in the move_rope entity.
