I was wondering im trying to use this entity and im trying to ban the physcannon but its allways there when map starts...

Do i have to trigger this entity for it to work or doesnt it allow me to ban this weapon ?

You are using the wrong entity, this entity is only for dead npc's

Proof: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Game_weapon_manager

You need to use a Game_player_equip Instead.

Turn off smart edit and enter a key of weapon_physcannon, and a value of 0.

hmmm seems it doesnt work its like physgun and frags and crowbarstick are default and cannot be disabled <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/sad.gif">
