i cant run vvis it says "there are too much portals" what i neeed to do?

You need to simplify your map - you've got too many complex world brushes and that is cutting up your map into a horrible number of leaves (thus causing the need for too many portals between those leaves). Thankfully this is almost certainly an easy fix, you just need to learn to use func_details more effectively

I'm afraid I don't understand the question
Do you have water in your map that isn't showing up, or is it something else? I also don't see how this relates to the initial question - did you get vvis to work without giving that error?
