This isn't Doom II. If the body parts and such didn't disappear, there'd be mountains of them by the end. <img src=" SRC="images/smiles/heee.gif">

To answer your question: I doubt very seriously that there is a permanent gib.

Sorry.

Information about gib fading is compiled into the gibbable model itself. You'd have to make a change in the model's QC and do a recompile if you want to change the fade out time.

hmm thnx for teh advice anyways its not what i want tho..
I want them to be permanent. I thought its maybe possible with shooting a lot of gibs from a env_shooter, i believe those gibs dun fade out.
anyways kinda suxage that a broken brush disappears imo.....

cheers!

hi back again.. after some talking on irc i discovered this would be possible tho changing the gibmodels fade time to zero. Tho im not that good at decompiling models and bringin them back alive (workin)... I was wondering if there were no existing gibs yet that dun fade out. Anyone maybe know what model it is if so?

Thnx spkka

I'd like to point out that the comment you marked as wrong, was the answer you found in IRC.

Perhaps, you should reconsider.
