Is it possible to make a brush sort of go up and down gently to make the effect that its floating? But not make it grabable or breakable. Cause i want to make a set of floating stairs.

Yeah, sure that's possible. One way I can think of is creating a func_tracktrain and making it move between two path_corners.

Keep spread'n the word reaper, it'll start to get around.
[EDIT] To help ya out, I think I would try messing around with a phys_spring. Seems perfect for the job. I've never tried to use one myself though, so let us know what happens!
