Is it possible to make these without using the prop? I want the "blue electric fence" effect (not serving as a fence, however) but the default prop size is too big. Is it possible to make a brush and give it the look of the combine fence?

I've been stealing the existing fence from the current chain map competition and it's a simple func_wall_toggle with the combine texture on it (sorry, don't know the name, but searching for "combine" or "fence" should bring it up.

Nothing fency.
