Download description:

Tool for browsing GCF files- these are Steam's version of the 'PAK' file. May also open Source game .gcf files too.

Download broken. It keeps telling me

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Nemesis/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Ya, basically, it looked like Nemesis moved his site, so I relocated it and fixed it now.

If there are any more you find that may need fixing, let me know. I know there are a ton left to clean-up. I've fixed some by adding new images and fresh download links, but there's too many to keep up with. You may list them in our Feedback Thread.
