Does this download have any sort of scripting, or NPC setup? (sorry HL isn't installed on this machine, just curious).

No, but I find it works wonders though to put monster_alien_slaves on top of it so they'll shoot you when it moves by. And when it stops it could trigger some alien_grunts via the monstermaker entity (I use three monstermakers); this is the setup that I am using in my next mod. This prefab is just the transport though with no special extras. Just the basics. But it is easy to add your own monsters to it. Also more details are included about this in the readme file if anyone is interested. Thanks for your question and hopefully this is a sufficient answer for you.
