Map Description

This map has a discussion topic which can be visited here

Created with the help of a friend. The map itself was designed off a HL2 video shown at E3. The map puts the two teams far away enough from the action, so players have enough time to buy weapons, and then run off to shoot things. Theres some weapons laying around and a secret video room that can help to provide cover if needed. Thanks in advance for downloading the map and running it.

On another site, some people were suggesting changing the spawn areas to be more different then they currently are, and if I did that, and took your ideas about using more then the one light texture, I may make another verison of the map, called fy_industry2e (extended).

Did you not read the 'description'? =| <br> <br>The map is based off one of the newer E3 videos that is half Counter Strike 2, and half HL2.

Did the concept come from teh hl2 beta perhaps?

When I tested this at first with my friends, I was using the 'city' sky and had it a bit darker, but they didn't like that, saying it was to dark. So I switched to something like 'office' to brighten up things, and so far I'd say thats the best way to go.

I think this map would look better at night setting, so maybe you should lower the environmental lighting. A bit of light variation (you're practicly always using the same light texture) would be good too, but not necessary.
