That wooden staircase on the second pic is awesome.

It looks really really nice with those textures and the architexture too.
I really like the corridor and the 2nd pic.

I dont think the r_speeds will be that bad but higher than I would make personally but most people do make them higher than me now.

Im guessing that the player can get up to where the third pic was taken from cos of the stairs, I don't think he will have made stairs if you carnt see them.

The r_speeds shouldn't be that bad, they should be fairly low on the first, on the 2nd they should be under 1000 as I had a map looking a lot like that, and the 3rd would be high if the player could get to that view.

They're probably not that bad, really.

Outside lighting seems a little off; the brightness or color, maybe. Texture on the protrusion from the roof on the third shot is way off. I'd consider replacing it with something else. First shot is beautiful for HL.

R_speeds look really too excessive. But if you are going to go "all-out" with detail, I'd suggest more detail where it matters (architecture, walls, buildings, etc.) instead of little things like wires, railings, and planks that can be replaced with {masked textures and the player won't know the difference.
