I agree that is some nice brushwork. What are r_speeds like there? Aside from the texturing comment I think the torches look wierd how they are. Perhaps some alcoves for them?

I like the architecture, but not the texturing. That wall texture looks like it's used on the floor and in either case it doesn't look good, and the ceiling texture is way too highly scaled considering how visible it is.
