Looks better than the original with a few tweaks but has the same gameplay problems - too biased in favour of T's imo

I don't get why you'd do a remake of a remake of a map. This is a remake of cs_estate, cs_estate was a remake of cs_mansion. I enjoyed cs_mansion back in the day, but most newer cs maps are much much better from a gameplay standpoint. Your map looks nice, but I dunno how much better it will play or if it even matters given that this style of map has already been eclipsed by de_dust and it's ilk.

its not easy for the terrorist in this map
the sewer is now bigger, you got more windows to attack the house, and dont forget the roof
.. and there is no bathroom 
( the bathroom sux in the orignal estate )
and the lightin in this map is alot better then the original estate now you can see better hehehe

It's a lot better and atmospheric than the original estate, but I don't really like the game flow of the estate map ... it's so easy for the terrorists ... 2 guys to block the stairway, and the rest just has to sit at the windows and occasionaly shoot thru them ... that's about it ...

The original estate is an eye-sore. It is a fairly tense map to play, but its....

Wonky lighting, minimum detail. Rooms consist of hollow out squares with a few prefabs in them.
