This is a a discussion topic for the map "Nadir" by Campaignjunkie which can be found here
Map description:
Sadly, fallen into the deep abyss of "will finish later for HL2" category of HL1 modifications. New plan: Polish everything up and adapt it to HL2. The kind of stuff I wanted to do (squad fighting, etc.) wasn't readily possible in HL. But the biggest problem was time; that is, not much of it. Oh well.

Wasn't really built for decoration, I was still testing it for functionality when I stopped work on this. You and your buddies are fleeing the palace because, oddly enough, it's blowing up. And there's a Garg and various things chasing you on the road out of there. Everything's moving, and it was a good rush of action back when HL2 wasn't out yet.

This looks very cool but trash the area presented in the 3rd pic - it looks BAD.

Yeah, the skybox is like 6000 units tall as a result. VIS takes roughly 3 hours. But with hint brushes, r_speeds are fine at around 1000, and it really helps to add a sense of epic-ness to the whole thing. Too bad I'm not finishing it for HL1, eh? Blame Valve for being on time for once!

ReNo, it's half-life guys there, so it's taken ingame at Half-Life I suppose
