I quite like the look of this, but the ground is mostly too flat and the hole in the ceiling seems to have a fade texture or something that looks odd.

Yes, and the textures on those rocks need some shifting.

I agree with CJ, the textures are a bit something, but just can't place my finger on it, it looks nice, the architexture is very nice.

Looks nice, and I agree about the point with Sock's Egypt textures. I think the problem is that the outlines are too harsh, making a cartoony look; but the textures aren't really cartoony at all. What results is kind of a hodge-podge of something weird.

Sock... his textures are all too *something* to me, I can't quite place it... like that rock texture just bugs me for some reason. Anyway, overall looks pretty good, I like the entity placement in the sand, looks neato.

This is a map I was working on in mid-summer 2004. It was aimed to be a deathmatch map, but I never did finish the entire outdoors area yet. There isn't much to show, yet. The theme is egyption based. For the areas that aren't visible, there are tombs and other secrets around.
