Map Description

This map has a discussion topic which can be visited here

Deep within the countryside outside City 17 lies a hidden house at the centre of a
terrible murder. The corpses of the family are still within the blackened basement,
the clues of their gruesome deaths splattered around the house.
What was once an idyllic hideaway with a small lake and tree house is now a rotting
and festering swamp, and before the Police arrive the perfect place to stage a deathmatch!

I just removed this map from my servers rotation :-( <br> <br>Due to not a lot of gamers having the higher end machines it just gets to laggy when you get more then 12 people on the map. <br> <br>We ran the final version for quite some time but it still has two respawn points where players respawn and fall through the map and die. Our server usually has 14+ people on it so it lags to bad. <br> <br>This map has great game play and I liked it a lot. <br> <br>If you ever do anything more with this map please make it where it can be run on Linux servers and get rid of the bad spawn points.

The map is finished!!! <br>I've tweaked the map to hell but the amount of detail just bogs slower machines down. I hope there aren't any show stopping bugs left, changes I've added since the beta are more lighting to the inside of the house, fixed the ladder texture, added rocks for cover in the open areas and optimised the map. <br>I'll be concentrating more on performance for my next map, which will be a futuristic city inspired by some artwork I've recently seen. <br>Let me know what you think of the current map, and if anyone can host it on their server so I can play it against other people that would be very appreciated!!
