Remake of the demo for Half-Life that was called Uplink.

For those that don't know, when Valve released Half-Life they didn't put out a demo for it that just had a few levels from the game. They made a sort of side story about having to align a dish to get an uplink to a satellite to open a security door.

I saw this when it was first mentioned at PHL. I watched the video, and I'm glad you're tackling the demo, story and all. <br> <br>Why did those barrels go flying across the room in the video? There was a scorchmark but I couldn't come up with what would have caused the explosion. <br> <br>I look forward to more progress.

I loved that demo. You map looks very close to it so far.

Don't forget that the hall at the very beginning of uplink is deep underground since you take the elevator to an upper level in order to reach the surface. So get rid of the skylight. It also stands in the way of the collapsing girder which added alot to the moody atmosphere.
