i agree with you all, my map is horrible, possably cause i played 2v2 on it and got lost and died about 6 times and i quit after, but i think it was a good try and a start to what i think i can get better, your opinions do help a lot, so keep them coming

horrible , as was said above , frustrating as hell, maybe good for young players who just want to play cs deathmatch? wouldnt be so frustrating and mazey if the glass was a tad more visible

I'm afraid I have to agree with your critics here :/ This looks and sounds dreadful, for a number of reasons:

1. It's ugly.

2. Wandering around mazes in real life can be fun. Wandering around mazes in CS/HL is frustrating: people play these games in order to have exciting competitions of cunning and skill, and maps need to serve this desire. If the competition degenerates to an environment in which the players have no real chance to use their skills and intelligence to gain an advantage, then they will soon want to leave that environment and find another one.

3. Many layers of glass will kill framerates. That said, in a box room your r_speeds should be low enough to compensate for this.

The idea is cool, but like Gorb said, it lacks detail. Plus you could have added like weird lighting effects to make it more challenging.

If you're going to make a fun map this small at least make it look nice, you didn't even take the time to align the textures on the ladders...and there are only 4 of them. Max out the map's detail potential especially in something as small as this.

i agree, while this is a good idea, most CS players arent looking for new fun maps, as they tend to only last so long before they get old and boring. and seeing as how this all is in one "box" room, it doesnt look like it will last long. GT though

Cool idea, but I think the map will get pretty boring when played for a while ...
