Water isn't shaded during the lighting-process of a map compile. Solutions:
- Get rid of the water.
- Replace water texture with an animated water texture (+0, +1, etc. texture prefix)
- Light the surrounding area relative to the water.
Anyways, looks way too dark. Can't really see anything to make any accurate criticisms. Yes, the player has a flashlight, but this is just really too overboard.

In the first 2 screenshots, the sniper tower's netting Rendermode should be solid, not texture. Other than that, it looks a little dark.

edit - its not water, what kind of heavy fortified governments base surrounds their base in water!!, actually if u jump in the water, you will die in 2 seconds, toxic

Quick thought from screens: it looks too dark. Dark maps + bright water = badness.
