Game: Half-Life: Deathmatch

Map Description

This map has a discussion topic which can be visited here

Sorry i needed the space on my website, so the only place to download the map now is from Global Assault, I will try and find an alternative download site soon. (Please don't be mad for linking to a different site.)

Rats style map set in a bedroom - nothing new there.

2 Traps:

The first is a crossfire style airstrike - The button is contained in the bunker under the floor.

The second is used when the airstrike is activated and the person is too slow to get under the floor before the doors close. The button is under the chest of draws, which once pressed releases snarks into the underfloor corridors.

There is a jumppad, lift and working stereo playing a few tune.

This is not a well constructed map, but it is quite fun in medium to large numbers of people.

This map needs 3 players.

It's just in the wrong section Vash. Doesn't look that great, might be fun to play though.

It seems like the scale is wrong, aswell as the texture scale. I would have to check ingame, but thats what it looks like. Also, in 1st screen, is that really your floor? smiley It looks kind of bright. Nice idea though, and it looks interesting smiley

Its a Call of Duty map, and your playing it in Half-Life? <br> <br>Read the fine print.

Yeah im afraid the screenshoots are a bit crap. The textures due look a bit better up fairly close (They are simply photographs of each bedroom wall). Really just waiting for HL 2 to come out so i can improve the map. I did this map about a year and a half ago. Just posted it cos i was getting nostalgic.

Just a small warning...try and use the 'zip' format as it's more common than 'ace', and people will complain smiley <br> <br>Screenshots look okay (rats-style maps aren't really my thing), though some of the textures look a little too overscaled :/
