Oh well, I uploaded the plugins here. Download as soon as you read this because the download link will expire in a few days.
The pack also contains Half-Life plugins for other model editors just incase you want them. Be sure to to read the readme files for the gmax plugins because its not just a case of export > Half-Life 1 > Done!
If you need help with actually modeling in GMax, just ask here
. I think the 3DS Max controls are the exact same as the GMax controls (GMax is a simplified (less features) version of 3DS Max), but I haven't modeled a player before, just some static props.
