From the screens I've seen in the forums its definately going to be a ripper. Quality architecture, custom texturing and an original concept should make for a great map. And the best thing is that it ain't your standard HLDM map. Looking forward to playing it.

Isn't it a little late in the day for that? I'd be game for it in the future, but I think there would be just a couple of people putting in cash this near the deadline. Would be a good premise for an HL2 contest though - pay to enter

Yeah, and what about the people who don't give $5, are they excluded from winning the prize? 
I will extend the deadline seeing as I'm not going to be home on the 1st anymore, so will let you know, but will only be by a few days.

The competition is for fun alone. I see nothing wrong with extending it if in results in better maps. It's not like just you would be getting an extension or benefiting from it. ReNo looks like he could do with more time too if he intends to redo his entire map.
An extension might also help Lep gather more money for that prize you're so confident you're going to win. (sorry for the cheapshot, hope you're in a good mood).
