Ok, this tutorial should explain how to compile your map.

Download CoDBuilder & install it to where-ever you like

When you first start the program it will probably (Cant remember) ask you 3 things: Your radiant path, your CoD path & your maps path.

These would be roughly as follows :

Now thats done the program should open & you will be able to select BSP VIS & FLARE options & inside each of those the compiling variables.

An explanation of each variable:

BSP:
-v [verbose] [Turns on verbose prints]
-nocurves [?]
-blocksize [?]
-onlyents [Compile only entities]
-nofog [Removes map fogging]
-fulldetail [High detail compile]
-nodetail [Low detail compile]

VIS:
-verbose [Turns on verbose prints]
-fast [Fast low quality compile]

FLARE:
-verbose [Turns on verbose prints]
-fast [Fast low quality compile]
-extra [High quality compile]

Once you have toggled your compiling options for each of the 3, simply select your map from the left hand side, select single player or multi player & click build.
