In the oppressed City17, abandoned train terminals offer refuge from the 
domination of the Combine.  By necessity, decayed structures and detritus 
of the past will be used as cover in a last-ditch battle for survival.

This highly connected map provides a combination of close-quarters and 
semi-open combat with z-axis potential.
