It looks awfully blocky and repetitive matey, try and be more creative and add some variety to the map.
Also try adding a certain theme to it, and maybe a 3d skybox to acompany it.

Tnx for comment, I know it's VERY unattractive but I couldn't think to any realistic settings where to put underwater tunnels. Maybe sewers or some underground stuff.

I imagine you could use the same layout for a water treatment plant. Perhaps make it indoors (that could get pretty stuffy though.)
It suffers from the lack of detail and environment. I can see you focused on symmetry and layout, but I wouldn't call it complete.
Another idea: How about the inside of a hydro plant, with huge generators, and loud sounds of flowing pressurized water?
This layout has potential, but even though it's labeled "complete" I'll refrain from rating it as I think you could do a lot more with it.
