Hmm. Let me start by pointing out that this level is simply a 'DM conversion' of one of the tutorial levels that comes with Worldcraft 2 (on the Half-Life CD). In layman's terms, the level is simply 2 rooms populated with crates, sandbags and a couple of shelves, into which the author has placed 4 spawn points and a couple of weapons. Not only is this map too small and cramped for even 2 players to experience the human experience known as "fun", but it's just plain lazy and shouldn't have been done. The Snarks doth await the arrival of dmtut7b.
Verdict
The smallest map ever created?

Design
It's the map-making tutorial level...
Gameplay
Too small; you run the risk of spawning in other players too
