This is a a discussion topic for the map "dm_backalley" by rjlonline which can be found here

Map description:

This map is a simple wherehouse and a backalley. Its very close quarters with alot of weapons. Its a little cluttered but im fixing that. In team mode the rebels start in a house behind the alley, and the combine start in a room inside the wherehouse. Im fairly happy with how this map turned out, but a little dissapointed that it took so long to get the glitches out. -Rjl
I wanna hear your feedback, dont be easy on me!!

Its decent. Try to not stuff the map with as many props as you did (I know, its hard with the selection that comes with HL2.)

With all the little details like decals and props you accomplished the dirty backalley theme very well.

Before releasing the final version I recommend to wait for a playtest with some more people to see how cramped it becomes when people start throwing all the props in a corner. Maybe you can leave out 50% or more. Crates, melons ect. aren't as problematic because they will crush and disappear within the first 5 minutes anyway. Release a beta version and see how it plays.

One more thing: Add some yellow lights. This map needs some warm lighting. Don't place them everywhere. Safe them for spots that you want people to visit often. Players are magically attracted by warm lighting. Right now the map is to monochromatic.
