This user didn't really do anything wrong, but given his comments, below news item and the following 'complaint' we were sent we're better off without him.

"actuallyin your gallery there is a problem????? [a certain SP member] is darn scary hes so ?? shes?? its so ugly really do we need to have his picture."

This is why an internet-usage-exam is needed.
