My idea is a kind of illegal business underground in an abandonned place.. I hope it will become more clear when I continue. This is just the beginning idea, it will be a whole underground-network with a CT-spawn outside.

The brush-based wooden planks in the third pic don't look good enough to justify the many, many polgygons. Be careful with brush polygons that are so thin.

Could you also explain the theme of the map? Looks like a ranch but it's hard to tell.
