This map is currently receiving heavy love in an effort to cure it's HDR glitches and re-release will include more aesthetic crap. Huzzah.
This map is effectively two parts but in the interest of getting it out there I will call this a complete piece.
As it stands it has been playtested extensively and works very well on several machines.
There are HDR lightmaps (full compile) but no cubemaps were built as I am experiencing errors therein.
The cubemaps display mostly correctly, but not all. buildcubemaps if you wish.
The gameplay is solid, but this is not a Run and Gun mission.

Take it slow, explore the area, and make sure you don't overthink it.
Fans of Thief should enjoy this greatly.
The shadows do not hide you, but cameras can be doused with the shotgun
Nearly all obstacles can either be avoided or destroyed.
