This is a a discussion topic for the map "op4_underbase" by Major Mike which can be found here

Map description:

A basic Opposing Force deathmatch map set in a military base. The largest part of the map is underground but it includes an outdoor section. This is probably my last map for HL 1 and its mods.

OMG! An opposing force map! Can't really comment though, too lazy to download it and you have just taken screenshots of walls or doors lol...
