This is a a discussion topic for the map "cs_backalley_2005F" by kan3 which can be found here

Map description:

remake of cs_backalley from "back in the day"

+Map resembles most of the original layout

+Includes spawns for up to 40 players

+Runs good on slower computer

+Resonable download size of 3.8megs unzipped/1.26 zipped
  • Would like to thanks Moongamers for letting me beta test it on their server and the original author for the inspiration

Sheenshots work fine, the map looks good, might have been worth trying to get a copy of the original RMF for scaling purposes. The hostage rooms look too short and fat, especially the door, might wanna fix that.

The height of the hostage rooms and the width of the doorways leading into them should be within ~4u of the original based on the new player model dimensions

not sure if they changed the player model from what it was in 1.6?

if your talking about the pic with the laundary room then its because I took the picture up in the corner on top of a shelf :)

there isn't any frames around the doors/windows either so the door my look large then it really is in those screenshots(64x96)

The height and width of some things are very unrealistic
i mean who thought of a washing mashing machine so big you could park your car in it

other than that its a great map!!:)
